2024 Track & Field Meets
Meets Information:
Meet dates and events for the selection of the Gibraltar Team for the Championships of the Small State of Europe to be held on the 22nd June 2024.
Events will also count for those athletes who achieve the qualifying standards for any other competitions in which GAAA will be taking part this season and the Island Games next year 2025.

Minimum age is 12.
Track Events schedule:
- 10th April – 5,000m
- 17th April – 100m/400m/1,500m
- 24th April – 200m/800m
- 6th May – 5,000m
- 15th May – 100m/400m/1,500m
- 22nd May – 200m/ 800m
- 2nd June – Rock Race (Click here for details)
5000m starts at 6pm.
100m starts at 6pm, 1,500m at 6:25pm and 400m at 6:50pm.
200m starts at 6pm and 800m at 6:25pm.
Field Events schedule:
- 12th April – Shot Put/High jump/Long Jump
- 26th April – Shot Put/High jump/Long Jump
- 3rd May – Shot Put/High jump/Long Jump
- 17th May – Shot Put/High jump/Long Jump
Shot Put starts at 6pm, High Jump at 7pm and Long Jump at 8pm.
How to Register:
Meets Registration:
No registration on the day. Registration is to be done prior to the events with a cut-off date of 12pm the day prior to the events. This must be done by completing the online registration form available on this page under “Meets Registration”. Team captains are encouraged to submit (if possible) one registration form with full details of their team for the race rather than have all individuals register themselves.
Rock Race Details:
Distance is approximately 6.5km.
Race starts at 8am on Sunday 2nd June 2024.

Please note this trial race has a long very steep incline to the Top of the Rock and downhill back to the stadium.
No registration fee or prizes. Event is a Trial race as practice for the Rock Race to be held on Saturday 22nd June 2024 as part of the Championships of the Small States of Europe.
